Allied Integrated Marketing Acquires Langdon Flynn Communications

Deal provides clients with a complete offering of advertising, marketing and public relations services in Las Vegas and across the country.

HOLLYWOOD, CA (September 30, 2015) – Allied Integrated Marketing announced today that it has acquired Langdon Flynn Communications, a leading public relations firm in the dynamic Las Vegas market. The acquisition expands the capabilities of Allied’s fast-growing Las Vegas office, and will enable the combined company to offer its clients innovative, full-service marketing campaigns in Las Vegas and beyond.

Langdon Flynn’s founders, Ken Langdon and Steve Flynn, will become Senior Vice Presidents of Publicity at Allied. Flynn will lead the combined Allied Las Vegas office, while Langdon, who is based in Orlando, will focus on growing Allied’s presence in Hospitality in Las Vegas, Orlando and other markets nationwide. Michelle St. Angelo, who has been with Langdon Flynn for more than three years, will continue as Vice President of Publicity in Las Vegas. All other Langdon Flynn staff members will continue with the company as part of the Allied Las Vegas team. Arlene Wszalek, who currently heads Allied’s Las Vegas office, is being promoted to Vice President, and will oversee Allied’s media and promotions offerings in the market, as well as the services of 87AM, Allied’s full-service digital division.
